What security measures are used at Jumping Country?
As this is a children’s entertainment facility, security is our first concern.
All children entering the facility are issued a wristband with a number and a tag. The parents/guardian must show the tag when leaving the facility with the child. Should a tag be lost or misplaced, the parent/guardian must be photographed with the child.
Video cameras are present throughout the facility for the safety of our guests.
The rear doors all have alarms.
Can I leave and come back?
Participants can return anytime during the date of purchase of an open jump, or during the day on which they are invited to a party, as long as the wristband is still attached to the child’s wrist.
How is it kept clean?
The entire facility is cleaned daily for the health of our guests.
Can I jump after I eat?
For the wellbeing of all of our guests, we ask that all participants wait at least 30 minutes after eating before returning to the Outback for additional jumping.
Can I drop off my children?
No. All children must either be accompanied by a parent/guardian, or be at Jumping Country for a supervised party. The party host must remain at the facility. It is up to the party host (parent) to decide if guests can be dropped off, or if their parents/guardians must remain at Jumping Country.
